Jessica Allen is a Director in BDO Consulting’s Technology Advisory Services practice with more than 15 years of experience developing enterprise-wide programs, including IT strategy, CIO advisory and IT optimization and innovation. Jessica combines her technical expertise with significant experience managing large and complex IT programs and operations to assist organizations in achieving a variety of business objectives, including enhancing efficiencies and reducing costs.
Having significant experience leading large transformation and change management programs, Jessica spent six years with Citigroup working on several large programs including a software asset management program where she provided key leadership for a global initiative which encompassed all facets of Software Asset Management (lifecycle, financial management, vendor management, cost optimization, etc.). Her experience with Citigroup led to continued engagements as a consultant including a current large software asset management program with another large financial institution.
Jessica is also well-versed in digital and mobile strategy, product strategy and planning, process reengineering, program governance and oversight, technology architecture, IT service management, and security and compliance initiatives. In addition, she has experience leading transformations involving organizational agility, vendor risk and performance management, supplier relationship solutions, and technology lifecycle optimization.
Prior to joining BDO, Jessica was a Director of Product Strategy and Planning at Vantiv. She has also held positions at Kurt Salmon, Citigroup, Schneider Electric, Hewlett-Packard, and Procter & Gamble.
