Mr. Forte has been learning and practicing leadership for more than 30 years. He began learning leadership in the Navy while serving on nuclear powered submarines during the cold war with Russia. He carried that experience into the technology field where he has lead just about every aspect of creating software solutions. Mr. Forte is a Professional Executive Leadership Coach and a Founding Member of the John Maxwell Team. He speaks, writes, and coaches on leadership with a focus on helping organizations become more agile. He is the Founder and President of Forte Leadership Technology, LLC.
