Denise Bartick, President and CEO of MAX Technical Training is passionate about technology and education. In 1998 she started her consulting and training business because she believed there was an unfilled need for adult IT training targeted to the educational needs of the IT employee rather than on the curriculum that was readily available. Since that time Denise has successfully grown her business both locally and nationally; delivering custom, private, and public enrollment classes and by adding a developer / coding bootcamp in 2012 which she branded Cincy Code IT. Over the years Denise has served as an advisor, trustee and board member for a number of organizations including the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce's Regional IT Cluster Council, the University of Cincinnati's IS Advisory Board, and The Circuit. Denise is currently the President and founding Board Member of EPIC Learning Network a consortium of independent IT training organizations throughout North America. Under her guidance, MAX has been a Microsoft Certified Learning Partner for 20 years, a Cisco Learning Solutions Center sponsored by Sunset Learning Institute, an ITIL Licensed Affiliate, a 3x recipient of the INC 5000, and has been awarded the Greater Cincinnati Fast 55 for privately held companies. Her company, MAX Technical Training, is a Certified WBENC (Woman Business Enterprise National Council).
