Terry Williams is the Vice President of Technology Solutions and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Belcan. In this role, Terry is responsible for leading Belcan’s Global strategic and operational Technology initiatives. He also manages the evaluation and deployment of current and future technology platforms used throughout Belcan. Terry oversees both domestic and global Technology investments required to enable ongoing business functions. 

Terry has over 30 years of experience managing, deploying and delivering global enterprise technology solutions. Prior to joining Belcan, Terry was the Executive Vice President and GM for Standard Register’s Customer Facing Technology organization. In that role, Terry was directly responsible for support and development of Standard’s web-based software and services platforms, web design services, technology strategy, and marketing platforms used by many Fortune 100 companies. Prior to Standard Register, Terry spent 24 years at LexisNexis and Reed Elsevier where he held a number of technology leadership roles, including Senior Director Global Network Engineering, and Vice President Managed Technology Solutions. While at LexisNexis, Terry built and managed a successful global technology services business, which provided Software-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service, and cloud technology services to multi-national global law firms and Litigation Solutions Service providers. Terry expanded the business to Europe and Asia over an 8- year period, generating over $200 million in top-line growth. Prior to leaving LexisNexis, Terry’s technology business had double digit growth year-over-year, and $40+ million in annual revenue.  

Terry has been featured in several major technology publications over the past 10 years, and has authored many technology and business related articles. 

 Terry holds degrees in Business Management and International Business. Terry is also a graduate of Harvard’s Executive training program.
