Paul is an accomplished project and portfolio manager for The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati's third largest hospital and health network. Paul currently manages a portfolio of highly-visible IT projects for the hospital, and by driving several key change initiatives through project management, he has a unique grasp on how technology can advance the goals of any health care organization. He has brought extensive outside industry experience to the hospital through his 17 year project/program management career.

Paul is also a well-known regional speaker on various managerial topics, including leadership behaviors and project management. He writes professionally and consults on-the-side. He has delivered project management training to a wide variety of audiences, including IT staff, aspiring executive leadership, physicians and nurses. Paul also taught undergraduate and graduate business courses for three universities, including Xavier U.
